Typical treatment would consist of one initial consultation followed by 2 further consultations. Results may start to show within this time frame.
Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
Once you have booked your first consultation, you will be sent a detailed health questionnaire and food diary. These should be completed and returned before your appointment.
Your first consultation will last around an hour. During such time, I will discuss your health and family history, any current health concern and symptoms, digestive functions, diet, lifestyle, medication and supplements. This will enable me to develop a tailored nutritional program to meet your individual needs.
If supplements are prescribed, through your association with Nutrition Space you will benefit from a substantial discount offered by most suppliers.
Functional tests, such as those to help determine hormonal or digestive imbalances, may also be recommended, depending on your particular health concerns. Any related further cost shall be agreed beforehand.

Follow up consultation (45 minutes)
This usually takes place two to four weeks after the initial consultation, to monitor progresses. Any necessary adjustments can be made accordingly. Depending on your situation, we may schedule additional follow up consultations over a period of approximately three to six months.
Follow up consultations can be conducted over the phone or by Skype if more convenient, and attract the same charge.

A minimum of 2 consultations is required. Fees include one email per week. Although I am happy to answer brief emails, these should not be alternative to proper follow-up consultations.
